HRoes has launched an all-in-one employment solution to help UK employers avoid tribunal claims, bringing HR software, AI support, employment law advice, training and up to £250k of Employment Risk Cover together behind a single login, from £6 per person per month.
The unified solution brings everything a small or growing business needs to manage people safely into one platform. Built by award-winning employment lawyers, it is designed to stop claims before they start.
The launch comes as employers face the biggest shake-up in employment law for a generation. Employment tribunal claims are rising. Under the Employment Rights Act, employees now have six months instead of three to bring most claims, and from January 2027 unfair dismissal rights will apply after six months’ service rather than two years. Since 30 October, employers must also take all reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment, including by customers and clients.
Most SMEs have no in-house HR or legal team, so many piece together HR software, an advice line, training and insurance from separate providers, often at around £14 per employee per month. The gaps between those providers are where risk creeps in: advice goes unrecorded, training sits in another system, and evidence is scattered when a claim arrives.
Everything in one place
HRoes brings it all together:
- HR software with guided, ACAS-aligned workflows for grievances and disciplinaries, plus right to work checks
- HaRi, an AI-powered HR assistant trained by employment lawyers, giving managers instant guidance
- Employment law advice for complex cases, with lawyers contactable directly through the software
- CPD-accredited compliance training, with completions recorded as evidence of reasonable steps
- Up to £250,000 of Employment Risk Cover for eligible legal costs, settlements and compensation, as long as employers follow HRoes guidance
Every action is logged and timestamped, so employers can produce a tribunal-ready file in under 24 hours. The full solution starts from £6 per employee per month.
Compared with the typical cost of buying HR software, an advice line, training and insurance separately, typically around £14 per employee per month, HRoes can cut what employers spend on HR by more than half, while cutting admin and closing the gaps where claims often begin. Because everything sits behind a single login, managers know exactly where to go when an issue comes up.
“Protection, not heroics”
Elissa Thursfield, co-founder of HRoes and an employment lawyer with almost two decades of experience, said:
“Most tribunal claims I’ve seen didn’t start with a bad employer. They started with a missed step, an email sent in the heat of the moment, or a process nobody was sure how to follow. HRoes puts the right guidance, the right process and the right protection in one place, so employers can get it right first time. It’s protection, not heroics.”
The launch follows a full brand refresh and new website. HRoes is also available through a partner programme, enabling accountants, payroll providers and HR consultancies to refer or white-label the solution for their own clients.
