REDROW is hosting an event for homebuyers looking to make a quick move this weekend (Saturday, November 7 and Sunday, November 8).
The event will be attended by Redrow’s part exchange manager and advisors from agents New Home Solutions who will explain Part Exchange and how it can ease the stress of moving for people with a property to sell.
The event, which is free to attend, will be held at Redrow’s Highgrove Gardens, located at The Balk, from 10am to 5.30pm, on both days.
For those who choose Part Exchange, Redrow effectively becomes the cash buyer for their existing home, skipping all the traditional home-selling headaches, such as long chains and estate agent fees, fast-tracking them straight into their new home.
Steve Jackson, sales director at Redrow Yorkshire, said: “For anyone looking at making a move with a home to sell, our Part Exchange event offers a great opportunity to discover how the scheme can help simplify the moving process.
“Visitors can meet our experts, ask questions and find out more about the homes currently available at Highgrove Gardens.”
Located less than a mile from Pocklington town centre, Highgrove Gardens will feature 60 properties from Redrow’s Arts and Crafts-inspired Heritage Collection.
Designed around pockets of green open space the development will enjoy a rural feel on the edge of woodland and farmland. It forms part of a larger 380-home development at The Balk, with Barratt and David Wilson Homes already building at the location.
The wider scheme includes a play area, allotments and newly planted trees, hedges and shrubs. Bat and bird boxes and bee bricks are also being installed to encourage nature to thrive.
