Delivered Social partners with It Takes A City to boost digital presence
A fresh digital presence is on the way for one of Cambridge’s most active and collaborative homelessness charities. It Takes A City (ITAC) has partnered with social impact marketing agency Delivered Social to build a brand-new website designed to support and amplify the charity’s mission to end rough sleeping in the city.
Since its founding, It Takes A City has focused on practical, community-led solutions to homelessness—working with local councils, businesses, universities, faith groups and volunteers to support people in urgent need. Their work includes safe 24/7 winter accommodation, trauma-informed services for women, secure street storage for belongings, and the creation of micro-homes offering longer-term housing options.
“We’re proud to support a team creating real change on the ground in Cambridge.” – Delivered Social
The new website will reflect the energy and scale of this work while also creating space for the community to get involved. From volunteering opportunities to donation options and impact stories, the site will help connect supporters and services with those who need them most. For individuals facing homelessness, it will offer easier access to up-to-date information and resources.
Delivered Social, who have worked with dozens of socially driven organisations, will ensure the new platform is accessible, engaging and aligned with ITAC’s people-first approach. The design and functionality will reflect the collaborative nature of ITAC’s work, putting local solutions and lived experience at the centre.
Both teams say the partnership is about more than just a website. It’s about creating a digital home that grows alongside the charity’s work and brings more people into the movement to end homelessness in Cambridge.
The website is expected to launch later this summer.
