Lyndsey Meredith’s The Business Bible Goes Straight to Number One on Amazon With Advice From 26 Experts
On a mission to help other entrepreneurs and small businesses thrive, and create best-selling authors along the way, publisher and five time number one best-seller Lyndsey Meredith is celebrating the launch of ‘The Business Bible’, an A to Z of business advice she has curated from 26 leading experts, which went straight into the Amazon charts this week.
Setting out to do her bit to support small businesses in this current climate, Lyndsey, 42, from Stockport took the stats of the UK being a nation that houses 5.45 million UK businesses, 96% of which are run by a solo founder or a team of fewer than ten people, and she created a resource that can help each and every one of them learn something new.
Offering solopreneurs and small business owners an extension of their team with industry specific experts, Lyndsey and The Easiest Choice Publishing created something she believes every new business should be handed – The Business Bible: An A-Z of Business Advice for Business Owners. The book went live on Amazon on 25th September and has gone straight in at number one in multiple categories on the Amazon Bestseller and Hot New Releases charts, including Small Business ebooks, Public Relations and Marketing & Sales, beating marketing gurus Seth Godin and Alex Hormozi to the top spot.
A mum who spent her childhood writing short stories, only to be told by a magazine that they only published established writers, has spent the last few years proving that publishing doesn’t have to be in the hands of the big industry giants, and this month Lyndsey, 42, from Stockport has enabled 26 business experts to become best sellers too, as they come together in their mission to share their knowledge for the greater good.
A book created with the aim of paying it forward, all the royalties will be distributed to a charity helping entrepreneurs to start businesses, as the authors have united to give back to others through the book’s success.
Its 27 chapters run from A is for AI through to V is for Virtual Assistance, taking in brand, business planning, culture, communication, customer experience, data protection, email, energetics, finance, funnels, leadership, marketing, manifestation, neuroinclusivity, networking, PR, public speaking, publishing, recruitment, resilience, sales, SEO, systems, TikTok and trademarking along the way. It is designed to be dipped into rather than read cover to cover, with every contributor sharing their specialism and the resources to go further, making it the reader’s very own little black book of business experts. Lyndsey writes the foreword and the chapter P is for Publishing.
She said: “When I was editing this book it felt like I had done a business degree! There is so much knowledge here, and as someone who’s been in business for many years I still learnt so much. We cannot all be experts in everything and I really value learning from experts in their field. This book is packed with gold from professionals at the very top of their industries, and written in a way that is easy to digest, fun to read and can be picked up and put down as and when needed. I can see this becoming a business bible for startups to established business owners because learning more about the mechanics that make our businesses thrive will never get old. I actually think it should be government funded and offered to every single new business starting out – because we just don’t get taught this stuff, and often don’t learn about most of it until it’s too late!”
She added: “Each author has written a chapter and included resources on their expertise to help provide tools and further guides for the reader to progress – it is so much more than a book. It’s an education.”
